"I'm buying almost 1 year parts for my car's from here and I'm satisfied. I never had a problem with the parts, and always delivered 2 to 3 days before the estimated time from them. I hope it will stay like this in the future. I recommend this site for parts."

"This part (lower control arm and ball joint) fits to a tee took it for a ride and absolutely no issues this doesn’t surprise me because I have ordered other parts in the past with the same results …all the best to Parts Avatar. Cheers"

"I've always had great success with previous parts ordered from Parts Avatar and their delivery time is always on time. They have me as a steady customer!"

"Quality parts, good prices, great service when needed. Have ordered many things for multiple cars including brake calipers, rotors, transfer Case motors, etc. Will be back."

"Ordered the Bosch wiper blades for my 2016 Mercedes C300 from here. Was a seamless process. I ordered online and it was ready for pickup in two days. Pick up is free. Price was reasonable. The Mercedes OEM wipers are terrible and always get stuck on the glass when wiping. This makes the wipers skip on the glass making annoying squeaking/hopping on the glass sounds. The Bosch wiper blades are much more smoother and don’t stick to the glass. These are my second set. Seems they need to be replaced every two years but that’s not bad at all for $50 taxes in. Definitely will order again."

"Great customer service! I had an issue with a missing refund and account history, but Nicolas from the support team investigated it deeply and found a technical glitch with my duplicate email login. He provided the exact transaction number and helped me solve the issue completely. Very professional and helpful!"

"Need to do a return for a part that I ordered wrong. Needed for two wheel drive and not four wheel drive. Return was painless. Thanks to Nixon for his great help."
