Do i need to change my rotors ?

Generally replacing rotors and pads ensures brake performance is at manufacturer specfications. by not replacing the rotors the new pads can be damaged during the intial brake in period as the uneven surface of your old rotors can create grooves into your new brake causing ,squeeling sounds and a loss of optimal braking performance.

What can happen if i dont change my brake rotors and just replace the brake pad ?

The new brake pads can possibly cause the older brake rotors to warp thereby causing pulsation and reduced braking. At which point you'd have to change the brake rotors and redo the brake job in terms of greasing and cleaning all brake compoents

Should i be cleaning up the hub area while the rotors is off ?

After removing the old rotor it is best practice to clean the hub face with a Wire Brush to remove rust buildup and apply Anti Seize to prevent future buildup.

Once installed do i need to perform a brake bedding procedure ?

In short YES ! , by bedding your brake pads you ensure your brake components ease into use and therby increasing there lifespan. Think of it more like a break in period for your new parts.
