We provide shipping options to all Canadian provinces and territories. Our warehouses are located strategically throughout Canada, making sure that you receive your parts order as soon as possible at any physical Canadian address.

We offer FREE ground shipping or discounted shipping rates on all products. The shipping is Free if you shop for a minimum of 75 CAD$ value pre-tax.

We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has been placed. If your package is returned to us due to an error in your address and you would like us to send it out again, then either the shipping costs will be charged for both ways, or the return process will be started and refund will be initiated. Please note that the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We have warehouses strategically located in (Toronto & Montreal) on the eastern side and (Edmonton & Vancouver) on the west side of Canada. Our operational and corporate offices are located in Mississauga (Toronto) and Edmonton.

Locations Where Free Shipping Is Not Available

Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply.

X0B - Kitikmeot Region, NU

X0C - Kivalliq Region, NU

X0E - Central Northwest Territories, NT

X0G - Southwestern Northwest Territories, NT

Y0A - Southeastern Yukon, YT

Y0B - Central Yukon, YT

Estimated Delivery Time

We generally procure and ship the items same day for the Orders placed by noon central time.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Product's availability in the warehouse. 99% of the time we have the part available in our warehouse at the time you ordered it through our website.
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the warehouse. We have 4 warehouses all across Canada. Delivery times are also influenced by product availability, geographic location of the customer, and our shipping carrier’s time-to-deliver in your location.
  • It is possible that the courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. Some courier partners do not work on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

At times PartsAvatar will not be able to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion and depends on the availability of shipping carriers in that location.

Right now, we do not ship outside Canada.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are subjected to shipping charges that vary depending on the item you are ordering, as well as the delivery location. Exact costs will be available at checkout.

Shipping and delivery time depends on product's availability in the warehouse, as well as the destination to which you want the order shipped to.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability and the shipping destination. An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout and tracking information will be sent by email once the order is shipped.

We use the services of Purolator, Canada Post, FedEx and Loomis-Express to ship the orders. Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. To determine the shipping rate for a specific order, add the item(s) to cart, proceed to checkout and enter the shipping address and postal code. If you wish to change the quantity, please click on the"Update" button to see the revised shipping charges. Shipping is waived off if your total cart value for products is above $75. The shipping costs charged from you will be the same which you have agreed to while checking out. Once you submit the order we do not add any extra charges after that.

After you have placed the order, an email will sent to you confirming that we have received your order. Furthermore, an email with the tracking information will be sent to you once your order is shipped. You can check the status of your order by signing into your account.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may also check the status of your order at any time by logging into Your Account and selecting the order you wish to track. If you are not registered with PartsAvatar then click on "Order Status"button in the footer of the home page and enter your order number and e-mail address to know the status of your order.
