  • 1st Experience: The order reached on time although I had a bad experience with Canpar before but they delivered on time..the part is being sent to the service team and will update once it's installed. Until now, had good experience. 2nd Experience: NEGATIVE STARS... with customer support person named Kane. It was horrible. For a simple return label request I was busted with all sort of unwanted, nonsense questions and had to quit the chat to control myself. He truly needs an extensive training to handle support. 3rd Experience: With HENRY customer support. 5 STARS. he handled my query in less than 5 minutes and to the point and gave the apt solution by helping me with the label and no nonsense questions were asked. This is what customer support should be like.

  • Great prices for my brake pads. Free shipping was also a nice thing to get. All went well with the delivery. The only thing I would like to say is that order status notification could be more consistent. I had just made a report for non delivery of my order and an hour or so later, it arrived.

It truly shows the Integrity of Canadian owned businesses. * - Thanks Jake and Parts Avatar as this was more of an issue with delivery company then anything. Ordered a hub assembly that sat in the warehouse for a week; Couldn't cancel it as it showed picked up by courier for days. When it was finally delivered it was delivered in the dark to the wrong address in the city and left outside on a Sunday night "500$ part". Should of just did a chargeback on CC but opted to return to store as they said "We sincerely apologize for the delay and the inconvenience caused due to an unavoidable situation at our warehouse. We truly understand your concern regarding the shipping partner and the timeline. Your feedback has been shared with both our internal team and the carrier to help us improve our processes and communication moving forward. "

Almost all the parts sold by us are returnable within 30 days provided they have not been installed or damaged by you. To receive credit, a returned part must be complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging. Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. The only exceptions to this are if you received a part number that is not what you ordered, an item arrived defective, or if the manufacturer confirms our catalog information is incorrect If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A 15% restocking fee is charged on the returns which are not the result of our mistake.

For almost 98% of the returns we receive, once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 10 business days or a replacement item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. However, sometimes we need to talk to the manufacturer or/and to the customer to solve some complicated cases and therefore the refund takes a bit longer than normal ((around 20 days))
