      This little number's part of the F-250 center cable kit, but it's not up for the heavy lifting the burlier front cable needs. Snag the sturdier clip from this link: PartsAvatar.com/Dorman-21126-Assorted-Brake-Connector. Or, grab it from your local parts shop for less than $7 CAD.

          Heads up, there's more than one size for this part. I ended up with one that was too small and had to make do with my old clip/connector, which was less than ideal.

              All five pieces were of good quality but unfortunately too small for my '97 Chevy K1500, despite claims of compatibility. Attempting to bend the tabs, I broke one. I ended up getting the AC Delco part number 15714661 instead.

                  The included clip in the F-250 center cable kit isn't up to the task for the larger tipped front cable. Swap it with a sturdy galvanized clip from your local auto parts store, which should cost less than $7 CAD.

                      Just a heads-up, there's more than one size for these. I ended up with one that was a size too small, so I had to reuse the old clip/connector, which wasn't ideal.

                          Good quality and you get 5, not just one. But they were too small for my '97 Chevy K1500, even though it said they'd fit. Tried to bend the tabs and ended up breaking one. Went for an ac delco one instead, part number 15714661.
