12 months of warranty. Ignition Coils warranted for 3 year/36,000 miles. Limited lifetime warranty on Fuel Pumps purchased after 1/1/2014. IMPORTANT WARRANTY NOTE A/C COMPRESSOR- The warranty is only valid on the products if the compressor installation instructions must be adhered to. All compressors returned for defect must show proof of purchase of an Orifice Tube/Expansion Valve, Drier, and A/C System Flush or a Work Order showing the purchase of these items and that the system was flushed.

Resolved Truck Shutting Off After Warming Up

This fixed the issue of the truck dying after warming up. The big-brand parts had either poor quality control or were just poorly made. If your truck starts fine but then shuts off and only restarts once it's cooled down, check this out! (Tip: If you're replacing the ICM, might as well replace the coil too). I initially thought it was a fuel issue, but nope! I replaced a bunch of fuel system parts, which was no loss since I needed new injectors anyway. Stick with AC Delco or Delphi for this part – you've been warned! Interestingly, when I used the big brand part during winter, there were no issues—it only acted up in the intense Southern heat. So far, so good. This part on Parts Avatar is cheaper than the big brand, and I got a refund from them.

Solved the non-start issue on my '97 K1500. The cheaper modules failed, but not this one. Remember to apply the dielectric paste on the back before installation—absolutely essential!
