The advanced design of the complete strut assembly cuts down a lot of installation time since it eliminates safety concerns that arise with the decompression of the coil spring.         Popping these in was no sweat, didn't even need those terrifying spring compressors, and let me tell you, it was a whole lot cheaper—around 182 CAD—than coughing up 1,120 CAD for someone else to do it. You'll need a jack, some stands (safety first, folks), and a basic socket set. If you've tinkered before, you can knock this out in under an hour; first-timers might need a bit longer. Pro tip: Check out YouTube for how to get to that tricky top bolt, and make sure the axle's hanging loose before you slide off the strut. If it's putting up a fight, sort that out before you go further, or you might end up with a nasty surprise.

            These were a breeze to install, didn't need any scary spring compressors, and were a lot more affordable (about 182 CAD total) than getting someone else to do it (around 1,120 CAD). You'll need a jack and some jack stands (always think safety), plus a few standard sockets. If you've done this kind of job before, it should take less than an hour, maybe a bit longer if you're new to it. Check out YouTube for a guide on accessing the top bolt, and make sure the axle is free before sliding off the strut. If it's tough to remove, it means the spring is pushing back, and you should fix that before continuing to avoid any accidents.
