Successful rebuild for 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX

Did a great job in refurbishing the original staked-in parts of the OEM drive shaft U joint on a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX. I only needed to rebuild the rear U joint of the central shaft, but the front seemed identical (this one had a CV at the carrier bearing instead of another U joint). If the front U joint ever gives out, I'm confident I could use this kit for that too. I'd recommend grabbing a 22mm hole saw (sans the center bit) to make removing the bulk of the factory staking a breeze. It's much easier to press out the factory parts that way. Just don't overdo it. The part from PartsAvatar.ca worked like a charm for me.
