Use two to three coats, allowing each coat to dry completely thoroughly before applying the next coat. Wipe the surface gently with lacquer thinner. Wait for the lacquer thinner to dry and then apply a spray of two to three thin coats of chrome paint to the entire chromed surface, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly before applying the next.
