        • The Super 40 features Flowmaster's Delta Flow technology. It's larger case profile provides the best of both worlds of performance and sound. The Super 40 has that deep powerful sound of the Original 40 series but with all the benefits of performance and low interior resonance from the Delta Flow technology. Constructed of 16 gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded for maximum durability.

        I've had Flowmaster 40 series on my Jeep and it sounded amazing. This one doesn't quite hit the same mark but it's still pretty good.

                    The muffler is solidly built and has a unique sound signature! I installed this on my '96 BMW M3 and it's exactly the sound I was looking for!! It's a bit loud inside for those who don't like drone, but the Flowmaster website does mention that the 40 series has noticeable interior resonance.

                                    This muffler has a nice throaty growl without being overly loud. I decided to install it in my truck that I've been rebuilding and upgrading. It's built to last. It was a bit on the pricey side, but it's true that you get what you pay for.
