It is ALWAYS recommended to replace strut assemblies in pairs , as these components always wear out evenly therefore if one has failed and requires replacing you can rest assured the other is not far behind. Replace both Left and Right side is also critcial for vehicle handeling and stability, As a worn down strut will not be able to bounce back as quick as your new strut assembly.
