Energy Suspension proudly manufactures most of the suspension components such as bushing kits for front and rear leaf springs, leaf spring shackles, spring plates, and shackle eyes in the United States. After years of driving, the vehicle becomes increasingly jarring and harsh. It is mainly due to the dried-up, cracked, or damaged rubber mounts and bushings which are fitted in the leaf springs and leaf spring shackles. Energy Suspension components give the vehicle new ride quality. The suspension kits mainly consist of replacement bushings that can easily match all the original rubber mounts with no modifications. These bushings also improve lighter duty leaf spring systems, adding a higher performance and durability. Innovative design and engineering make each part match the exact OEM tolerances of the vehicle. It also confirms that the parts work without compromise, no matter what the design of the vehicle's suspension. To avoid severe vibrations that are transferred to the passenger area, Polyurethane material is used. It is a stronger material and gives more resilient cushioning. Its durable construction does not fray, deform or crush the way rubber mounts do. Polyurethane gives the capability to stand up and perform really well under extreme temperatures.
