          It's a high-quality pump, but I had to spend too much time making sleeves for the bolt holes. There have been two bolt sizes over the years—about 0.8 cm and about 1 cm. Considering the price, which was quite steep, they really should have included the sleeves and bolts. From a brand like Edelbrock, I expected more.

              Got a Chevy pump housing with 3/8 bolt holes and a Pontiac style arm. It would have been nice to know beforehand. Chevy uses 3/8 bolts, Pontiac 5/16, so the bolts were loose in the hole. They sent nice chrome bolts that I couldn't use. Providing a bushing would have been better. After making my own adjustments, it seems okay; only took it for a short drive. It's at 5 psi, not the advertised 6, but maybe it'll improve with more RPMs. '69 Firebird with a 400.

                  This fuel pump is a gem, pairs perfectly with the Edelbrock AVS2 carb. Get the Edelbrock fuel line kit and you'll be set without a single hiccup. Works like a charm in my Pontiac 496 stroker engine.

                              I was thinking my car needed a tune-up, but then my fuel pump gave up. After installing the new pump, my car runs even better than before. It seems the old pump had been on its way out for quite a while. Very happy with this new Edelbrock fuel pump.
