Rated to support 300 lbs, its footing surface area is one of the widest in the segment, so you can easily place both feet on it, offering you more dexterity while working. It is fitted to the vehicle frame member generally found underneath or behind the rear bumper, unlike other rear steps that require a rear trailer hitch for mounting; allowing it to work even with an open tailgate or while towing.
