              The part looks legit, but the packaging seemed like it was previously opened with grease marks all over. Didn't fuss over the box since the part inside was intact. Installing it on my 2015 Volvo XC60 was even smoother than the YouTube tutorial made it seem. Picked up a few handy tricks of my own during the fix.

                  Swapped out the front disc pads on my 2013 Volvo XC60 with Akebono and it's a silent, perfect fit. Akebono pads outlast others, stay whisper quiet, and keep the wheels free from barke dust. They're solid, wear evenly, and are gentle on the rotors. These are my go-to for brakes, hands down.

                                  These pads are pleasantly quiet, but only time will tell on their longevity. I'm giving them 3 stars since I've noticed a decrease in braking performance—they require more pedal effort, particularly when it's cold outside.
