The trouble code P0BA6 can be explicated as Hybrid Battery Voltage Sense “V” Circuit Low. The hybrid/electric vehicle battery pack incorporates in itself a total of 288 cells. There is an arrangement of three cells each that are all fused together in regularity. Apart from this, in the hybrid/EV battery pack assembly there are a total of 96 cell groups. A serviceable auxiliary battery wiring harness plays the role of connecting this connector to a hybrid/EV battery interface control module (also located on the top surface of the battery section). The hybrid/EV battery interface control module performs the essential function of encoding the voltage reading and further transferring it to the battery energy control module by the battery control harness. There is one hybrid/EV battery interface control module positioned over the battery sections one and two, while the rest of the two hybrid/EV battery interface control modules are connected with battery section three. All the components namely the hybrid/EV battery interface control module, battery energy control module wiring harness, auxiliary battery wiring harness, and battery energy control module can be individually serviced.

Whenever there is a malfunction, it is detected by the battery energy control module. All the diagnostics and system status present are regularly updated from the battery energy control module to hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2 using the serial data. Also, all the diagnostic trouble code information is stored and saved in the hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2.
