- The first and the foremost thing which should
be kept in mind while diagnosing the P065B error code is to keep the battery
fully charged and at the same time the generator should be operating properly.
Make sure to consult your vehicle information source for technical service
bulletins (TSB) that replicate the code stored, vehicle (year, make, model, and
engine), and symptoms exhibited. If you find the appropriate TSB, it may yield
helpful diagnostic information. A diagnostic scanner and a digital
volt/ohmmeter will be necessary to accurately diagnose a code P065B. A reliable
source of vehicle information will also be needed.
- You should start by connecting the scanner to

generator connector, suspect a shorted or open circuit between the two. If you
