Here are some ways which you should follow in order to diagnose this P062D fault code:

• Download all fault codes and freeze frame the data. You will require this for reference for any intermittent faults during diagnosis as you proceed further.
• Get hold of your vehicles reference manual, and refer it for identifying and locating all the electrical connectors of the injector. Be careful and first disconnect all connectors to prevent the engine from starting.

• If the code again persists, the culprit could now be a faulty injector or PCM/injector driver circuit. Chances for the former failing are much higher, hence, be careful to not jump to conclusions and start meddling with the PCM. Replace all injectors, and use only OEM parts to ensure successful repair. Now clear all the codes after repairing and replacing, and start the engine. Let it be idle for few seconds and then scan to see if the code has returned or not.
• If the code persists then it’s time to replace the PCM and or/injector driver circuits. For the PCM will have to programmed as well, a range of relearning procedures also will have to be carried out ensuring proper replacement of the PCM as intended. For this last stage, it is recommended to not blindly change parts of the vehicle, but to hand over the vehicle to a trained and professional mechanic who can run the requires reprogramming.
