• First gather all the mandatory requirements for the diagnosis. You will need a diagnostic scanner, a DVOM (digital volt/ohmmeter) an oscilloscope, and your vehicles technical service bulletin TSB. Use the DVOM to test the all the system circuits, and replace any wiring and connectors as needed. If upon all this investigation you still see no fault with the system circuitry then it’s most likely a controller failure or controller programming error.
