Error Code P0294: What It Means & What To Do?

P0294 code is generated when the engine cylinder 12 is receiving reduced or negligible fuel. This might be because of the fuel injector being clogged or faulty, or the connector getting loose.

The work of the fuel injector is to deliver a balanced mixture of fuel and air to the engine. If this mixture is off-balance, due to a malfunctioning of injector or its circuitry or similar, the oxygen sensor will send a signal to the PCM indicating a lean mixture.
