the flashing up of this code is that the PCM is not receiving signals from the
boost control solenoid. The other reason can be that the signal provided from
the boost pressure sensor may not be as per the factory specifications.

should be done is to check the circuit by testing the power as well as ground
at the solenoid. Then you must carefully check the turbocharger/supercharger by
removing the intake to check if there is any sort of damage or debris. If you
find any sort of debris, then the best option would be to replace the unit.
Then the pressure sensor should be
tested. There must be three wires going through the position sensor: power,
ground and signal. The control solenoid should also be tested properly checking
its internal resistance with an ohmmeter.
