Delphi ignition coils feature an efficient coil design that delivers an enhanced optimum engine performance. The ignition coils have optimum wire length which means the secondary winding is thinner and much longer than the primary, thus offering the required output needed for the voltage to jump the spark plug gap. A specific Epoxy is used to insulate and isolate these wires along with a special vacuum technique to remove air bubbles and imperfections and help prevent internal arcing and shorts.
