Unity Automotive offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all suspension products (with the exception of sus- pension compressors and products with electrical components)with a 90 day return policy on UNUSED and UNISTALLED product. All product is covered for lifetime from defects in materials or workmanship.

Compressors & electronic products warranties are limited to 1 year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Compressor warranty will be voided if all air suspension components were not replaced prior to installation of the compressor. (NOTE: The #1 cause for failed compressors is a leak in the air suspension system.) Verification of such will be required. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage (scratches, nicks and dents). The warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident, misuse, water, flood, fire, or any act of nature or external cause. The warranty does not cover improper installation or a product that was modified or altered without written consent of Unity Automotive.

The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product and an invoice, sales order or receipt for the purchase must be provided.

The warranty is null and void if the installation is not performed by an ASE certified mechanic. It is required to submit a receipt or proof of installation was completed by an ASE certified mechanic.

The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.

In no event shall Unity Automotive be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Unity Automotive product or from defects in the Unity Automotive product. Cost of removal and installation and other labor claims are not included or covered under this warranty. Unity Automotive obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product.

All warranty claims purchased through a 3rd party seller must be submitted directly through the 3rd party based on their requirements for a warranty claim.
