First, get all the diagnostic tools you will need, start by getting the OBD scanner of your vehicle, a digital volt/ohm-meter and an oscilloscope. Apart from these diagnostic tools you will also need your manufacturers service manual. Once you have them all follow these steps to resolve the P2132 OBD error:

Start off by running a visual inspection of all the wiring and connectors associated with this issue. When the motor turns, a gear in the throttle body which is meshed with a larger gear also turns. This ratio change is what allows the throttle plate to open quickly and suddenly or slowly and gradually as per the command of the controller. So, you need to start testing at the throttle position sensor electrical connector, simply disconnect the connector from the sensor and use the DVOM to check voltage as well as ground signals. Upon testing, if you have found no ground or voltage then you will have to disconnect the PCM connector as well as all the controllers related, and then perform the same test on all the circuits.
