First, get all the diagnostic tools you will need, start by getting the OBD scanner of your vehicle, a digital volt/ohm-meter and an oscilloscope. Apart from these diagnostic tools you will also need your manufacturers service manual. Once you have them all follow these steps to resolve the P2132 OBD error:

 

Start off by running a visual inspection of all the wiring and connectors associated with this issue. You should typically get a 5-volt signal and battery ground should also be there.
