The fault code P0241 can be defined as Turbocharger Boost Sensor B Circuit Low.

It is a generic OBD-II code which would start appearing when the engine control module would detect the intake boost pressure sensor B input circuit low below the specifications and would indicate a short to ground in the sensor or the wiring.

It is the boost pressure sensor which would tell the engine control module that how much amount of boost is actually the turbocharger creates.
