Moog Problem Solver Sway Bar Link kits have elevated the standards for OE replacement links. Moog has pointed out the easily corroded traditional non-socket style links and manufactured a new line of end links to improve performance and durability. The complete line of Moog's Problem Solver end links includes a lifetime warranty. The traditional, non-socket-style sway bar link installed on the vehicle is highly prone to failure. Moog considered the sway bar link's original design and other supplier's flaws and engineered a new line of end links to enhance durability and performance. The OE design and many aftermarket suppliers use a small diameter bolt on the sway bar link, which opens up the link to corrosion and road shock. If the smaller bolt is in decent condition, sway bar links use neoprene bushings that cannot hold up to the stress and weather conditions. Many manufacturers also use a rolled steel sleeve that can allow harmful contaminants in, leading to corrosion and early failure of the links. Moog's Problem Solver parts point out factory defects or flawed original designs by replacing them with better-performing and more durable parts. The sway bar link set and polyurethane bushing design provide increased durability and enhanced performance over neoprene. Sway bar endlinks possess durable hardware such as black oxide, and a 3/8" Grade 8 bolt, which provides corrosion protection and increased strength. Moog's Problem Solver sway bar end links are quick to install if attached with a barrel nut that gives perfect thread engagement. Nested washers are added to align the bushing to the centre during installation. The anodized T6 aluminum hex spacer prevents contamination and corrosion. Moog manufactured several sizes of sway bar end links with different part numbers covering many vehicles. Depending on the vehicle, the length changes, and all of Moog's Problem Solver Sway Bar End Links include these problem-solving features with unique bushings. Bushings are molded to center with coated washers in place, making them easy to install. Moog uses a one-inch barrel nut that can be easily threaded instead of a standard nut, though the bolt end is attached to a washer. Moog has raised the bar for problem-solver sway bar end links when it comes to strength and longer life.
