Commercial Delivery: PartsAvatar offers volume pricing for our customers for their shop and garage supplies. We offer discount options for bulk products and its delivery. Email us at wholesale@partsavatar.ca 2. (Retail) Same Day /Next Day Delivery: Shops & garages can order for bulk orders and in no time they will receive their auto parts. Our policy is to deliver product the same day or next day depending on the time of the order. 3. Same Day/Next Day Pickup: Need a part urgently? We have got you covered, order online and choose to pick a part at our warehouse. Arrive with your order details when the confirmation Email/Msg arrives. 4. Free Returns: Our Hassle free returns policy gives you peace of mind should you need to return or exchange the part(s). We offer free returns at our Brampton location warehouse. If the warehouse location is not close to you, you can always ship it back to us on the returns address. 5. Priority Shipping: If you need your parts shipped overnight to get done with your repairs at the earliest, we have that facility available too. Order today and get back on the road soon. 6. Free Shipping Over $99: If both delivery and pick-up are not available in your area, you can choose for standard shipping. FAQs On Free Pick Up For Online Orders

How Does Pick Up Work?

1. Order parts online, choose the “pick up” option at checkout, if available. (If this option is not available, then unfortunately they are not eligible for a local pickup).

2. Wait for an SMS notification, indicating parts are ready at our local pick up location.

3. Arrive with your Order ID and a photo ID, between 10 am – 4pm MST Mon-Fri

What Can I do if Pick Up is not available?

An item may not be available for pickup due to unavailability or very low stock levels at all the nearest pick up locations. If this happens, you can still consider purchasing the item for free shipment to your home, if it is over $99.

If the item is priced below $99, please consider adding additional items to your cart. We have a wide variety of consumables, Garage & Shop Suppliers, Safety Equipment, Hand & Power Tools and general goods to cover most general repairs. 

Why is no Pick Up available in my area?

At the moment, we have pick up services in Edmonton & Toronto. You can still order items to your home or P.O. box for free over $99. We will be launching a similar pick up service in select cities across Canada in the near future. Stay tuned!

Is Pick Up Faster than Shipping to my Home?

Generally, pick up service is faster by a day or more, than shipping parts to your home. This is especially significant if you live in an urban area, where shipping companies have receiving, sorting and re-routing facilities. These processes can often delay shipments by well over a day.

If you live close to our pick up locations and want your shipment a bit faster, we do recommend our free pick up service. 

Should I choose Pick Up or Ship to Home Option?

If you are located close to our pick up location, we do recommend our pick up option for delicate items such as bulbs, assemblies and glass components, to lower any risk of damage, as well as very heavy or over-sized items that may take extra long to ship to your home.

When and how can I return the product?

If you want to return the product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of delivery provided the part(s) has not been used or damaged by you. You can also do a core return at our pick-up location nearby. The part(s) should be returned with the original packing and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. If you have any queries relating to the part(s) after the expiry of 30 day period, you can contact the manufacturer of the part.

How to return a core?
