What is the difference between a knuckle and a spindle?

The knuckle is the part the spindle attaches to. The spindle carries the hub and bearing(s).

Do you need an alignment after replacing steering knuckle?

Yes, make sure to have an alignment performed otherwise you will wear out your tires prematurely.

Can you drive with a bent steering knuckle?

You can, But you should NOT, the bent steering knuckle puts added pressure on the front lower complete table and can cause adverse damage to the ball joint and the table's bushing.

Should I replace the knuckle in pairs?

Only replace the knuckle that's bent followed by a verification of your front table on that side

If I continue driving on a bent knuckle will the wheel bearing need to be replaced?
