      Fixed the rear axle seal on my '65 Mustang convertible after a couple of failed attempts. There was a tiny groove on the shaft. Slapped on the sleeve and it sealed the deal.
          Yes, I recommend this product.

          This is the other sleeve I picked up to repair my flail mower's worn-out shaft since a full replacement was out of my budget. After years of wear from the old felt seal, I slapped some high-strength epoxy on the damaged part and tapped the sleeve into place. Quick note: I had to use a piece of scrap tubing to knock it on because the little cap they include isn't really up to the job. Now my fancy double lip neoprene seal fits snugly against the shaft. Fingers crossed it holds up for a good while.
