Create or log into your Parts Avatar account. Click on the link to join the Avatar Club. Enrollment is automatic with your first purchase if you have an account.

You will earn PA Rewards on all purchases on the item subtotal after discounts (excludes taxes, shipping, and any amount paid with points). PA Rewards post once your order is delivered or picked.

Every 100 points = $1 off at checkout (“Redeem Rewards”), with no minimum redemption.

Points are of 2 types:

PA Rewards, those earned by placing an order, expire due to inactivity and do not have a set expiration. You can extend the expiry of points by simply earning or redeeming PA Rewards.

PA Credits are promotional points and are expirable. Their expiry will be mentioned in the promotion terms. You can also check the expiring points in your account.

Yes, you earn PA Rewards on the cash portion of your subtotal after discounts (not on the portion paid with Points).

Yes. Coupon/automatic discount applies first, and then you can apply Points to the remaining subtotal.

We deduct PA Rewards earned on returned items. Any Points redeemed to pay for an order that was returned are reinstated to your balance with the original expiration date. If PA Rewards were used for the order, the activity based extension of expiry will be reversed if complete order was returned.
