          Initially, I was a bit unsure when the package arrived looking kind of grubby and not at all brand new. But after giving it a good look over, it turned out to be just fine.                               Can't speak to their longevity, but my biggest gripe is the squeaking in freezing temperatures. The noise stops once the pads warm up from friction, though they also creak. They're okay, but I won't be buying them again.

                                  These pads are basically on par with the original equipment. They're okay, nothing to write home about. But when you pair them with Powerstop's drilled and slotted rotors, you'll definitely feel an uptick in braking performance. Still, it would've been sweet to get my hands on the z23 pads, but it seems like nobody stocks them for a 2016 Mazda 6.
