Moog's Track Bar with a 1.25" ball stud provides more significant load-carrying capability, better wear resistance, and smoother rotational torque. Moog's innovations are added to this component, making this track bar much more durable and robust than the OE part. Powdered-metal bearing with a redesigned stud in the track bar offers a more robust pivot that can manage the high lateral loads produced by the wheel and tire assembly. The mass of material produced during the forging process leads to a high diameter of 1-5/8"" at the bend, eliminating flex in the critical stress area. Moog introduced a newly designed and patented heavy-duty domed cover plate that excludes preload deflection. The track bars are also fitted with a polychloroprene boot with a grease relief valve, providing a sealed and serviceable part.
