PartsAvatar, Inc.
(“www.partsavatar.ca” or “we”) knows your privacy is important to you and we
are committed to providing a safe and secure user experience. This Privacy
Policy is incorporated into the PartsAvatar Terms of Service, and applies to
the use of PartsaAvatar online at PartsAvatar Mobile App. It describes how we
collect, use, secure and share information of our users and individuals
(collectively, “you”) whose payment details are used to purchase products at PartsAvatar.
This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this Mobile App.

1. What Information We Collect
It is not necessary
to create a PartsAvatar account to buy products or to gain access to the search
catalog of PartsAvatar but we always encourage you take full advantage of our
features by registering yourself with us. While creating an account, we ask for
certain information to process your registration, including your full name,
email address, password and contact information. We collect this information so
that we can find your order if you ask us about it and also to inform you when
your order ships.
To help personalize
your experience, we also give you an option to save your payment and shipping
information. You can store this information into your account in an encrypted
format so that you do not have to type this information on every order.
Remembering most of this information is optional.
2. How We Use Your Information at Partsavatar.ca
We are the sole
owners of the information collected on this site. The personal information
collected from you by PartsAvatar on the App is mostly used to ensure the
proper delivery of the parts you have requested. Unless you ask us not to, we
may also use your e-mail address to inform you about other products available
and special promotions introduced by us. You can unsubscribe from the
promotional material at any time of your interest.
We believe in
protecting your privacy, and therefore do not provide your personal information
to third parties for their contacting or marketing purposes.
3. Accessing, Reviewing, and Deleting Your Information
You can access,
review and change your registration, and shipping information by logging into
your account and navigating to the Account page. You may also delete the card
and shipping information we have collected by signing into your account,
however to delete your profile you will have to contact us at
support@partsavatar.ca or call us at 1-844-850-5333 and we will make reasonable
efforts to accommodate your requests.
4. Security of Your Personal Information
PartsAvatar is
committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a
variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help
protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number or SS#) on
our order forms, we (or our third-party service providers) encrypt transmission
of that information using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). We also
require you to enter a password to access your Account Information. Please do
not disclose your Account password to unauthorized people. However, no method
of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100%
secure. Therefore, we at PartsAvatar make reasonable efforts to protect your
Personal Information but cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have

5. Outside Canada Consent to Processing and Transfer of Information
If you access
PartsAvatar outside of Canada, you fully understand and unambiguously consent
to the transfer of your personal information to, and the collection and
processing of such personal information in Canada.
You can only access and order from outside of Canada, but we at PartsAvatar do no ship products outside of Canada. You acknowledge that the services provided to you for shipping and customer service will be within the Country of Canada.
6. Laws & Protection
We may collect, use
and preserve your information such as contact details, messages and order
details for any legal process in order to resolve issues related to frauds,
violations or illegal use of the company name PartsAvatar and its products.
7. Change Policy
This Privacy Policy
may be updated from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide
advance notice to you either by email, by posting a notification on PartsAvatar.
Please note that, for existing users, unless otherwise provided by applicable
law, your continued use of PartsAvatar following the effective date means that
you agree with, and consent to be bound by, the updated terms of service.
8. Visitors under the age of 18
Our Service is not
offered to persons under the age of 18. Thus, customers under the age of 18 can
buy products from PartsAvatar Mobile App only with the involvement of a parent
or a guardian.
