Hyundai Veracruz Front Brake Pad
About front brake pad
Brake pads are an integral part of the brake system in your car; they rest between your brake shoe (the part that clamps down, stopping the movement of the tyres) and your brake drum. Other elements of your car, such as the wheels, rotors, and callipers, will start wearing away in the absence of working brake pads.
What is the purpose of front brake pad?
A brake pad has the main purpose of slowing or stopping the motion of a machine or vehicle (car, truck, train, motorcycle, etc). If the brakes were applied hydraulically, the caliper would then squeeze the two pads onto the rotating disc together to slow or stop the vehicle or computer.
How front brake pad works?
Brake pads would bring friction to slow your vehicle down or stop it. The pressure and friction that would be put on the brake rotor is what slows the wheel down and stops it. If the wheels would stop spinning, so the car would stop moving too.
