      I upgraded to these from the original 55-watt halogen bulbs, and they're great for nighttime driving. Just a heads-up: you might need to increase the amperage of your fuses if you do this.

                  Got 2 bulbs in February 2022, installed them on my Honda GL1800 shortly after. They were impressive until one conked out by the end of March 2022. Fingers crossed the other lasts much longer. Despite this, I might buy another set because they're the brightest amber bulbs I've found. If they fail too, I'll consider a yellow lens with white bulbs instead.

                      I switched my headlights to LED bulbs, expecting these to match the daylight temperature and whiteness, but they're closer to standard halogen. They're slightly less warm than the halogen H3 bulbs I replaced, but not by much. The blue coating on the bulb had me hoping for a cooler temperature.

                          I've tried many H3 bulbs for the fog lamps on my vintage BMWs, and these Optilux bulbs are the most intensely yellow and bright ones I've encountered. They look fantastic. No comment on longevity yet, but based on my past experience with Hella bulbs, I expect them to last. And for the price of around $80 CAD, it's a great deal. Update: One bulb burnt out after 13 months, which is pretty long for H3 bulbs, especially since my fog lights are always on.
