      Performed as promised. I used Permatex Black Silicone Sealant on both sides of the gasket, on the pan and engine side, and it bolted right into place. Left the sealant to cure for 24 hours before adding any oil. The gasket holes lined up quite well, though some could have been a little...

                      Installed this on my 2004 Cr-V with no issues—no leaks and easy installation. This is a game-changer compared to using messy Honda Bond or old cork gaskets. Love the flexibility—it's forgiving to work with.

                          Not a bad product at all. It's not your typical rubber gasket, more of a fabric-like one. I applied some black gasket maker on the oil pan, laid this one on top, and then reattached everything, making sure not to overtighten and damage the gasket. It looks solid for now. Honestly, if tehre's an issue, it's likely on the user, not the gasket.
