This quality product has held up impressively on the rough roads I travel, even under heavy loads, and it's been a few years. The downside is the lifetime warranty isn't as good as it used to be. When I finally found it, I realized I couldn't afford the downtime of sending it in for warranty assessment, not to mention the shipping costs. It was cheaper and faster to just buy a new one and replace it within an hour.
