It bolted right up to the heads, and the heat shield covered it and lined up perfectly. I bought mine used, so I didn't get the hardware or gasket, but I did need extra washers to get a tight clamp down with the provided exhaust flange bolts. The manifold gasket seemed low quality, so I ordered a better set. I'd recommend replacing the old manifold bolts if they've seen over 80,000 kilometers.
