      Denso provide 12 month of warranty. IMPORTANT A/C COMPRESSOR WARRANTY NOTE: In order to ensure that proper warranty credit is issued if needed, the compressor installation instructions must be adhered to. All compressors returned for defect must show proof of purchase of an Orifice Tube/Expansion Valve, Drier, and A/C System Flush or a Work Order showing the purchase of these items and that the system was flushed.

      What I received matches the picture, in a legit Denso box, with a manual and some literature. My only concern was that the unit looked a bit handled, with oily fingerprints on it — almost as if it had been installed and then removed, but there were no signs of actual use. After installation and verification by a shop, the compressor is working as expected. It's only been a couple of months, but so far, so good.
