      Control arms manufactured by Delphi are tested to the extreme for dimension, material, sturdiness, and performance. The control arms are made to imitate the stress as the part will experience on the road. For example, all the components are tested on the three-axis test rig. The test analyzes braking force, cornering force, and suspension travel movement for up to 250,000 cycles. Delphi also tests its product under extreme environmental situations and harsh materials. Delphi’s environmental chamber can test components to a temperature of low -40°F and up to 248°F. To calculate the outcome of salt on the bushings adhesion, all control arms are salt-sprayed and checked after 720 hours. All these tests prove the control arm will perform at its best, even in the toughest situations. The dipping or spraying phosphate process to apply coating is outdated and is also unsuccessful. For this Delphi uses modern technologies. It uses electrical currents to apply the water-based cataphoretic coating, which is proven to be very effective. The long-lasting environmentally friendly method gives maximum rust protection up to 10 years’ from salt, dirt, and water.

      12 months of warranty. Ignition Coils warranted for 3 year/36,000 miles. Limited lifetime warranty on Fuel Pumps purchased after 1/1/2014. IMPORTANT WARRANTY NOTE A/C COMPRESSOR- The warranty is only valid on the products if the compressor installation instructions must be adhered to. All compressors returned for defect must show proof of purchase of an Orifice Tube/Expansion Valve, Drier, and A/C System Flush or a Work Order showing the purchase of these items and that the system was flushed.
