      Common pulley – works for many, but watch out on GM vehicles

      For my 2010 Impala, this grooved pulley is a common part and likely fits various makes, not just GM. But for GM 3.5 engines, note that the OEM pulleys have a shoulder which this one lacks. If you're reusing the protective washer from the OEM part, you might need to tweak it to fit this pulley due to the different taper. The Litens part no: 900027A is an exact match for both the tensioner and the grooved idler at the same price, so it might be a better fit. I had to modify the washer on my tensioner, and the Litens idler was spot on. Just something to keep in mind. Hopefully, this info helps someone out.
