The main purpose of the AC condenser is to convert the refrigerant that comes from the compressor through the condensation process from a high temperature and high pressure vapor to a high pressure liquid. It's a very essential part of your car's air conditioning system working.
How Condenser Works?
In systems such as air conditioner unit involving heat exchange, a condenser is a component used through cooling to condense a gaseous refrigerant to a liquid state. Gaseous refrigerant sheds heat and returns to a liquid state in the condenser installed in the vehicle's air conditioning system, and the liquid refrigerant flows into the evaporator inside the dashboard, where it cools the cabin. The compressor compresses the refrigerant vapor and then forces it through a heat exchange coil, condensing it into a liquid and rejecting the heat previously absorbed from the cool indoor area.
Where is Condenser Located?
The condenser is one of several parts working together to create an AC device for a car. Somehow the AC condenser looks like a radiator but it looks much smaller. Though each vehicle is a little different in design and configuration. Usually, the condenser is fitted slightly under the grill of the vehicle, and the radiator is right behind it.
