• Cardone® Variable Valve Timing Solenoids (VVTs) are test-fitted on engines to measure performance, ensure proper alignment of mounting brackets and verify electrical connectors fit securely
• Aluminum valve bodies and spool valves are surface-treated to generate micro finished sliding surfaces for increased wear resistance in the spool valve system
• Magnet coil and connector are encased in a single piece injection moulded body, which strengthens all wire bonding and prevents vibration separation
• Every device is tested for oil flow rate, pressure, electrical resistance, and leakage to ensure long-term dependability
• Coil housings and mounting brackets are coated to prevent corrosion
