Yes, while you have the caliper in service, ensure you clean up any loose debris and use new brake pads to avoid bringing in worn-out pads to work with your new caliper bracket.

At this point would it be a good idea to do a complete brake service which consist of Brake Pads and Rotors ?

Yes, since the caliper is already off and the bracket requires replacement, we'd recommend you swap out your old brake to ensure your vehicles stopping power and avoid having to repeat the job.
