How Does Delivery Work?

  • 1. Order parts online, choose the “delivery” option at checkout, if available. (If this option is not available, then unfortunately they are not eligible for a delivery). Currently, we have Delivery only in Mississauga Area.
  • 2. A confirmation will be sent to you after your order is confirmed. You will be notified if your order is eligible for same day delivery or not. A flat fee of $8.99 delivery charge is added to your cart.
  • 3. If the order was placed before 2 PM EST, you will be eligible for same day delivery. Otherwise, you will receive the order next day. You will receive timely updates of your order when it is dispatched and out for delivery.

Why is Delivery not available in my area?

At the moment, we have delivery services in certain Mississauga and nearby localities. We will be launching a similar delivery service in select cities across Canada in the near future. Stay tuned!


What can you do if Delivery is not available in your area?

We also offer Free Pick-up services for selected cities.

If you are located close to our pick up location, you can come to our warehouse in our working hours Monday-Friday. Order parts online, choose the “pick up” option at checkout, pick up the parts at your nearest warehouse after you receive the confirmation via SMS/Email. You can also do returns at our pick-up locations for any faulty parts.

What if my location is not eligible for both Pick-up & Delivery?

An item may not be available for pickup due to unavailability or very low stock levels at all the nearest warehouses. If this happens, you can still consider purchasing the item and get free shipping to your home, if the item price is over $49.

If the item is priced below $49, please consider adding additional items to your cart. We have a wide variety of consumables, Garage & Shop Suppliers, Safety Equipment, Hand & Power Tools and general goods to cover most general repairs. 

We ship to the remotest corners of Canada - even where there are no roads. We even ship to all Northern Canadian cities and towns, even to PO boxes. If you have a post office near you, rest assured, you’ll get your order delivered to you.


Shipping Information

When and how can I return the product?

If you want to return the product for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of delivery provided the part(s) has not been used or damaged by you. You can also do a core return at our pick-up location nearby. The part(s) should be returned with the original packing and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. If you have any queries relating to the part(s) after the expiry of 30 day period, you can contact the manufacturer of the part.
