Lift Support by TUFF SUPPORT - 612815

Tuff Support Lift Support is fabricated using high-quality seamless tubes. These tubes have been heat treated with phosphate before painting to make them resistant to corrosion. This will also help special-grade paint to stick strongly to the body of the gas spring. The rods are crafted on centerless grinding and polishing machines to enhance longevity. To obtain a smooth rod, centerless rollers are used.

• To meet OEM specs, rod diameters are checked with lasers for flaws and changes in diameter
• Rods are heated and nitrated to make them harder and protect them from rust
• Internal parts like seals, washers, and o-rings are bought from manufacturers with TS16949 and ISO9001 certifications
